Awesome Seton Hall Bench Reactions
Okay, as I’ve said in the past, I’m not a big fan of posting links and clips, but this is just too awesome to be ignored.
WWE Needs to Avoid the Temptaion of Rob Van Dam
Rob Van Dam.
The man is an icon and a personal favorite of mine.
Since his departure from the WWE in 2007, I have always held out hope that he would eventually make his return to Monday nights.
With reports speculating on several online sources such as Wrestling Inc. reporting that Van Dam will return to the WWE once his contract with TNA expires in March, one word immediately came to mind.
Don’t.
NFL Week 16 Power Rankings
If you told me that the Packers would see their undefeated streak end the same day as the Colts winless streak, I would have laughed in your face.
If you told me Tebow’s Broncos would lose the same day, I would call you Lucifer.
On to the rankings!
CM Punk vs. Daniel Bryan Needs to Happen at WrestleMania
My goodness, that was quite an eventful pay-per-view last night, and only now has my Internet fully recovered.
In light of Daniel Bryan cashing in his Money in the Bank contract to win the World Heavyweight Championship and CM Punk successfully defending his WWE Championship in a TLC Match, we now have the self-proclaimed “Indy Schmucks” holding both major WWE titles.
So where do we go from here?
John Cena’s Uncertainty Should Lead to More TLC PPV Buys
TLC is a mere two days away, and John Cena has not been added to the card!
Some folks are predicting that Cena will not have a match in this year’s final (thankfully) pay-per-view of the year, and instead may serve as the special guest referee in the United States Championship Match between Zack Ryder and Dolph Ziggler.
NFL Week 15 Power Rankings
We’ve talked a lot about the Packers general awesomeness for most of the season, but is it possible a potential undefeated season could take the back burner to Tim Tebow?
Tebow is certainly working miracles to say the least, but if you plopped him in Indy, I don’t think we would be getting nearly the same results.
Luck favors the fortunate, I suppose.
The Chronicles of Madden: 12/13 Update
Tuesday, December 13th
Giants (Sal) vs. Jets (Rob) – Sal chose Rob’s favorite team, while Rob chose the Dirty-Dirty Sanchez. And he was dirty. Not in a good way. Thankfully, this defensive slugfest…oh fuck it. This game was just ugly. Revis had a pick, LT broke a huge run, and Victor Cruz salsa-ed his way to two scores, but Sal’s inability to score in the first half and the 4th quarter led to his demise. 17-14 Jets.
NFL Week 14 Power Rankings
I wonder if Mercury Morris is getting nervous; the Packers are continuing their march towards perfection after surviving their toughest test yet.
As the Packers continue to win, the Lions continue to lose. Looks like the kittens weren’t quite ready to grow up just yet.
Speaking of losing, the Giants have lost 4 straight games and still control their own playoff destiny. Yes, it has been a strange year.
The Chronicles of Madden: 12/6 Update
IT’S TEBOW TIME
Tuesday, December 6th
Packers (Kumar) at Broncos (Mike) – Yes, you read that correctly. As as you would imagine, Mike dropped to a knee and “Tebowed” after his opening drive 80-yard TD strike to Erik Decker. After that, we actually had a good football game. The Pack had a 1-point halftime lead, and key interceptions in the redzone by Brian Dawkins and some dude named Moore helped give Tebow chances at a miracle. Unfortunately, a 3rd quarter safety and a costly pick were the deciding factors for “Team Jesus”. The cameras caught Tebow praying post-game, but Aaron Rogers was spotted in the background, as he often is, photo-bombing.
NFL Week 13 Power Rankings
Week 12 has come and gone, and we’re all still wondering if anyone can beat the Packers.
The thanksgiving matchup in Detroit figured to be their toughest test, but the Pack turned it into a joke. Looks like the only team who may be able to keep up with them is the Saints.
Pity we’ll have to wait to the playoffs to see that rematch.
